Editor's Note:

Welcome to the 21st issue of Digital America! We’re a class and arts journal with a focus on digital media and post-internet art. Each semester over the past decade, students at the University of Richmond have come together to curate, edit, and publish compelling and innovative digital art that breaks conventional artistic boundaries. Our Spring 2023 issue features work that explores cultural schisms, identity, loss and discovery. We’re particularly excited by the many web-based works in this issue. We honor and celebrate every artist and student contributor for their time and commitment to our flourishing project. Enjoy!
