href.place (2024) is an ongoing project that translates the digital experience of web browsing into the tactile tradition of postcards. Recommended links are submitted, then their home pages are drawn and mailed to the recommender. After mailing, the postcards are made available for viewing on href.place. Though limiting the online interactivity of these websites through this translation, href.place allows for a form of tactile interactivity not typically associated with online spaces.
